John Wesley founder of Methodism and hertic in his day.
"And for his own part, Wesley flouted many regulations of the Church of England concerning parish boundaries and who had authority to preach. This was seen as a social threat that disregarded institutions. Ministers attacked them in sermons and in print, and at times mobs attacked them. Wesley and his followers continued to work among the neglected and needy. They were denounced as promulgators of strange doctrines, fomenters of religious disturbances; as blind fanatics, leading people astray, claiming miraculous gifts, attacking the clergy of the Church of England, and trying to re-establish Catholicism.” - Wikipedia

About

Shame the Wise is a website / blog I started about six years ago when I started to discover a world far more interesting then the one presented to me. I found story-after-story of people who gave their entire life and supernaturally saw heroin addicts freed in a day, diamonds appearing out-of-thin-air and simply people that stood for life above all. I found a world filled with love, mystery and awe.

This site is dedicated to sharing some crazy stories as well as subtle brainwash any American Christianized mind into believing God has more for us then to just burn 90% of humanity in a horrifing place called hell.

To quote a verse form an ancient book 1 Corinthians 1:27 --- But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.
